Background I work with students at universities and colleges, focusing on helping them achieve their academic and career goals while also maintaining their mental health. Additionally, my services extend to adults of all ages, assisting them in reaching their personal, career, and business goals. Experience I specialize in working with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, dyslexia, ADHD, and dyspraxia. Individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, including those who are not students, are welcome to get in touch. As a mental health specialist, I serve as a Specialist Mentor and an executive life and career coach. With a decade of experience in the mental health sector, including my role as a senior clinician within the NHS's community mental health and crisis treatment teams, I have honed my skills. My work also includes collaborations with charities that support clients who are refugees fleeing torture from various parts of the world. I have significant experience working with survivors of PTSD and domestic violence. Much of my work includes providing trauma-focused interventions and therapeutic strategies to help clients overcome their difficulties and achieve their personal goals. In my capacity as an experienced supervisor, I have provided executive coaching to psychiatrists, social workers, doctors, and other professionals, including managers and business owners who seek to enhance their personal development and the structure of their services and teams. I am passionate about supporting individuals in enhancing their career goals, whether they are aiming for a promotion within an organization or seeking guidance on starting their own business.
